The More Relatable I Am as a CEO in Public, the More People I Attract to My Business
In today’s fast-paced business landscape, being a thought leader is about more than just building a following or chasing likes. It’s about creating real impact—both for the people you engage with and the businesses you lead.
Thought leadership starts with expertise. Whether you’re a CEO or an industry expert, sharing your knowledge helps educate and inspire others. But there’s a key ingredient that takes thought leadership to the next level: relatability.
As a CEO, showing up authentically and connecting with others on a human level can significantly amplify your influence. This isn’t just about personal branding; it’s about making yourself an attractor—someone people are drawn to because they see genuine value in what you stand for.
In this episode of The Daily Hint, we explore why the future of leadership isn’t driven by faceless companies, but by individuals who lead with purpose and authenticity. By being relatable, thought leaders can build stronger connections with their audience, foster trust, and ultimately drive business growth.
Key Takeaways:
• Thought leadership focuses on impact, not superficial engagement metrics like likes or comments.
• CEOs who share their expertise authentically attract more people to their businesses.
• In 2025 and beyond, personal relatability will outweigh traditional corporate branding in driving success.

Thought leadership is not about getting likes on social media. Thought leadership is about impact and the impact that we are creating as thought leaders on the people that we are engaging. If we are looking into thought leadership more from a broader perspective, I am an expert in a certain field and I am talking about my expertise so that I'm educating and engaging with other people so that they can learn from me.
Thought leadership, and if we now take this into a CEO setting, A CEO is responsible for driving business results into their companies same like I am now. If we link this together where we say, as a CEO, as more relatable, I am to the external world with the thought leadership topics. that I am an expert in as more people will come to my company.
The difference in 2025 and beyond is that we as individuals are an attractor, not just the big bulky companies behind us. So we as individuals are the thought leaders and the thought leaders are driving impact to our customers and clients that are getting educated by what we are doing and through that we are building bigger businesses and are all successful creating more impact.
It's not about the like or a comment on our social media.
