The Heart of an Organization Beats Strongest When Its CEOs Are Human
Leadership is more than driving results—it’s about building trust and connection. Yet, many CEOs feel the pressure to play a role rather than lead as their true selves. The result? A disconnect between leaders and employees, and an organization that struggles to inspire and retain its people.
In today’s workplace, employees crave authenticity. They want to follow leaders who are real, who genuinely care, and who cultivate a culture where people feel seen and valued. But with remote work, shifting corporate priorities, and increasing pressure to perform, many organizations have lost their human touch.
In this episode of The Daily Hint, we explore why the most successful leaders are those who embrace their true selves. When CEOs drop the corporate facade and lead with authenticity, they create an environment where people thrive. The strongest organizations are not built on rigid structures—they are built on trust, connection, and human leadership.
It’s time to rethink leadership. Listen now and start leading with authenticity.

Everything starts with ourselves. A lot of CEOs and organizations are pushing the organization to the next level and have to stand up and we drive there. But in the end, if they truly focus on being themselves, which a lot of CEOs that I have met over the last 40 years are not, you will make the difference.
A lot of people are playing a game because they're supposed to be someone in the organization based on their past. Nothing bad about that but I think it's super important that we go back to being the human being that we truly are and don't have a different facade in front of us when we are in a corporate environment.
We need to go back to the human factor because a lot of employees don't believe because a lot of organizations are suffering. That the humanness is not there anymore. We are working from home and nobody is connected to the other person and we are not spending time with each other. CEOs have to drive this organization.
And you are the most important human being in the organization. You are the most important tear cake. And you as the CEO are the most important caretaker of the organization. You need to take care of the people in your organization.
