In 2024, I Published a Podcast Every Day to Innovate

Many people dismiss short-form podcasts, calling them ineffective or even “stupid.” But in 2024, I decided to challenge that thinking. Instead of following the usual long-form approach, I recorded a 60-second podcast episode every single day. The result? A powerful innovation engine that transformed how I create, engage, and grow.

The Power of Testing and Iteration

Short-form episodes may seem insignificant, but they serve as rapid experimentation tools. By publishing daily, I was able to test different themes, analyze listener responses, and identify what resonated the most. This process of continuous testing enabled me to refine content ideas before committing to long-form episodes.

From Daily Insights to Business Growth

The insights gained from these daily soundbites weren’t just theoretical—they became the foundation for a scalable content strategy. Short-form content fed into longer, more in-depth episodes, which in turn fueled business opportunities and strengthened authority in my industry.

A Simple Yet Effective Innovation Model

This daily podcast wasn’t just about consistency; it was about strategically leveraging content to innovate. Instead of dismissing short-form podcasts, consider how you can use them to experiment, engage, and ultimately grow your influence. Innovation isn’t about following trends—it’s about finding smarter ways to create impact.

A short form podcast like this is stupid. I have heard it last year quite a bit.

What I did in 2024, I recorded every single day a podcast episode that was 60 seconds and it was a short form podcast episode, which is kind of soundbites towards the future.

And the interesting thing is that this short form episodes convert into long form episodes. So I built an innovation engine by testing, testing, testing, testing see the reaction of people on the different topics and then converted that into longer form content which then converting even further into business and into authority that I'm building.

A very simple innovation mechanism that you can set up for yourself too.

Rather than listening to so many people that say a short form podcast is stupid. Think about the strategy behind it
