For me, it's not about fame and money. Thought leadership is about impact. Think about a CEO in an organization. We are there to fulfill a role that is driving business and results for our customers and clients, and that creates. impact on their end. So everything else, they're not focusing on the impact that we are creating with the products and services that we are doing through our organization is foolish not to support.

So how do we build thought leadership for ourselves as CEOs? That makes the difference for our customers and clients. Thinking about this is something that you should bring up into your boardroom and have a discussion around. Because every one of us has the responsibility to drive impact to the people we work with.
