One of the things that I have seen over and over again is that when we want to achieve something extraordinary, it requires hard work. And I have met a lot of executives and CEOs over the last years. Nobody has ever achieved something overnight. It always require hard work and dedication to get to the point where we want to be.

A lot of people in this world as well, who think everything will just fly into their lab and they will get everything. For free by not doing the work. I think that's something we need to look into in our society to get back to. If we have dreams, we can all achieve them, but it needs and requires hard work.
