Every year at the end of the year or if the start of the beginning of the year, like right now, we are looking backwards. We are looking, what did we accomplish? And then we are looking forward. What do we want to accomplish in the next year? If we are CEOs of organizations, we are obviously doing this based on financial years, and we are looking at the total company and our teams and everything.
Sometimes we forget to look into what does this mean for ourselves and not taking action for ourselves is sometimes detrimental for the future of the organization. I believe every CEO of an organization has to be a recognized thought leader in the industry that you're working in. If not, you're going to struggle to be successful.
In 2025, 2026 and 2030. So how do we change as individuals and take action to the future of personal branding and thought leadership?
