One of the biggest career hacks is helping others. It sounds weird because quite often the people that want to make a career, specifically in larger organizations, you push for being visible, you push for doing things that only you can do where you get visibility. But the funny thing is, as more you help other people, specifically your manager, if you let your manager shine, as better it is for your career.
And that's counterintuitive sometimes because you're in the backseat. You're not the front rower and seen as the leader of a specific thing. But as more you think about it and try it out, as more you grow, And as more you help other people to succeed, as more people want to work with you, as more possibilities in an organization you have.
