The biggest challenges I see with CEOs that are going into thought leadership is the business not understanding the power of this. If we look into traditional PR and marketing strategies, it's always about the product and the services that we are delivering to the company, to the clients. And with that, there is the individual that is the CEO of the company is always out of this.

And then on top of that, PR and marketing is focusing on branding. So it's one thing is the product and the service that we are delivering. The other thing is the brand of the company. Now there comes a third angle, which is, I call this personal branding and thought leadership. Or you could call it personal PR for CEOs.

If we take this, I think that this one, the personal version of this will make the difference in 2025 and beyond, because the personal version, which is the personal PR will make the difference for the organizations in 2025. in the long run because people are buying from people and [00:01:00] yes everything else is needed but I think in the future it's even more important that the CEOs and executives of every organization are standing up and be seen as thought leaders and are approachable by the customers that are going to buy the end product or service.
