If you are a CEO and think personal branding is optional, you are already losing to your You don't need to be famous and have millions of followers to be a powerful CEO brand. You just need to do this three things. Number one is that you need a strategy. Nothing works with a clear strategy that is overlapping with the business strategy. and the marketing strategy of your business. And then from that you look into how do you build a personal brand that is hosted in your personal website.

I know that's controversial when you talk about that internally, but you should have a personal website where people can discover you as a person. Yes, you represent the company. But on the other hand, you are a person and you are a personality and a thought leader in the industry. And then the third thing is that you need a system.

A system that helps you to rinse and repeat, test and validate works what resonates with the people and you will win. CEO personal branding is not difficult anymore, but you should be doing it to succeed in 2025 and beyond.
