Thought leadership starts with thinking. A lot of people want to be seen as thought leaders in the field they're working in. And what I've understood for myself is, I need to think things through when I'm communicating something. Like in this video, I have built a script that is exactly dragging you into this story.

And then from that story, story. I give you a perspective of what I'm all about. And I'm all about personal branding and helping people to be thought leaders. So if we want to be seen as thought leaders, that starts with thinking, thinking about what we want to stand for, what we want to be known for. And that enables people to get clear, to explore us in all the facets that we have, because we are all not just about one single thing.

But communicating clearly what you stand for and bringing that to the people through the thoughts that you're putting into a video like this will enable people to love you,

so what are you doing for your personal branding when you are going to be a thought leader?
