In leadership, one of the most important aspects is leading teams. It's not about leading the team as the total, though that is important, but you have to lead the individual of the team, to lead the team. And that sounds weird. I get it, but it's super essential that you focus on the individual and enable them to have career growth over time.

And if you enable the individual, They will affect the whole team. And if you do this with, let's say 10 team members that are reporting to you and you enable them all to grow at the same time, they all are getting super performers because they want to develop. And then you link that to whatever is needed from a business perspective, and you are going to see the differences.

You as a leader are a catalyst of success in the organization. If you focus on the individual team member, try it out and let me know if that works.
