We, as CEOs, have built credibility over the years that we have been successful in our careers. But if our credibility is not visible to the many people out there, how much are we worth? Visibility and credibility need to be on the same level so that you dominate the field that you work in, and as you are seen as the thought leader, you will convince people that you are the right fit for either a customer or a new business position.You have to be visible and credible at the same time.
