Your body and soul are connected. Believe me, when I'm not fit and I don't do the sport I'm doing normally, my brain goes down. My brain and my mood and everything is connected to how I feel. And that's so important to recognize because, sometimes, your mind can drive things, but sometimes the body can drive things.
When I'm going out for a run, or like today I was on the bike, then my body is reacting and through my body reaction my mind goes up. And the other way around in the same way. Body and soul is connected. Utilize this for yourself. If you feel shitty, maybe go out for a run and it will be better.
Or you need to take a time and just sit outside somewhere in nature, and nature will help you to rejuvenate and give the energy back to your body that you need.
