Teamwork is dreamwork. When you are a leader or a manager in an organization it's all about teamwork and not just your own team. You need to connect team members across organizations. In 2024 and beyond organizations should be built with less hierarchy and more interaction on the horizontal side.
Because we are all specialists in what we are doing. If we are not connecting with each other and it doesn't matter what your job is. We as an organization are not going to succeed because they're companies, they're doing that and they're going to be faster.
They will outpace you and outpace you as well from a talent perspective because talents that want to work in organizations are looking for connection to other people and not just for being a specialist and not having the possibility to grow.
