This is how I lead with impact. As the CEO of a company, I am in a leadership position and I need to look into where do we want to go in the future. And then bringing this back to today and closing the gap with my teams is the critical thing. So I look into what are the superpowers of the individual team members, also called the zones of genius.

And then I look into how can we use Their zone of genius. I think they're super good at to fulfill topics that are required to get the business moving and understanding. This is a super important leadership skills because it's not just about what the company needs. It's about what the individual loves to do.

And then using that to build the best game changer. I can tell you.
