This is How I Create Content for a Whole Month

Creating consistent, high-quality content doesn’t have to mean endless hours of brainstorming and recording. In this episode of The Daily Hint, I break down my streamlined process for producing a month’s worth of content without sacrificing creativity or quality. Here’s how I approach content creation, from ideation to distribution:

1. Daily Idea Brainstorming

Inspiration is everywhere; the trick is to capture it when it strikes. I make a habit of jotting down new content ideas daily, even while doing other tasks. This keeps the content fresh and directly relevant to my audience.

2. Organizing Ideas by Pillars

I organize my ideas into five key pillars, each assigned to a specific day of the week, with some flexibility for weekends. This structure helps me cover a diverse range of topics consistently, giving my content a clear theme without getting repetitive.

3. Scripting for Quality

Every piece of content starts with a script to ensure that the message is clear and valuable. Writing the script ahead of recording allows me to focus on delivering quality insights without going off track.

4. Recording and Storing Efficiently

Once scripted, I record each piece and store it in a dedicated folder. This simplifies the workflow, especially when it comes to editing and organizing across various platforms.

5. Repurposing Content Across Platforms

After recording, my content finds its way onto my blog, social media, and podcast, ensuring a cohesive presence across my digital platforms. Repurposing content in this way maximizes its reach and reinforces my personal brand.

This episode is a practical guide for anyone looking to build an efficient content strategy that supports their brand. By following these steps, you can create a sustainable system that saves time while delivering consistent value to your audience.

This is how I create content on mass. I am preparing a brainstorming list daily, and I'm doing that while I'm doing other things. When I get a new idea for a video like this, I just drop it into my content file and my content file is divided into five pillars: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

And I sometimes add that Saturday and Sunday. So it's. Seven pillars, or if you want to have the easier version, five pillars. And these five pillars give me content in specific areas that I want to talk about. Like today, I'm talking about this, which is personal branding. And I'm working with these topics so that I can build the brand.

then a script for a video like this before I'm starting recording and then I'm recording and then I'm dropping that into a Dropbox folder and the video editing takes place and then we bring that into the blog post, into social media, into my hub which is the key point here and then as well into the podcast.

Document your ideas, write the script, and record.
