I'm 43 today and what I've learned over the last 43 years that doing job search the normal way has never worked for me. I have a very diverse background, let's say it like this. I have done a lot of things and I have been good in specific fields where I work with people, where I look at the big picture, and where I look at how do we transform an organization towards a future state? But when I would apply the normal way, sending in an application, I will be sorted out straight away because I'm not fitting into the normal world. And what I've learned is the network and the way how I connect to other people will bring me the opportunities to have a job.
