Way too often we are just talking. If you look into large organizations there's tremendous amount of talk. There are meetings over meetings and hours over hours where we are talking for the sake of talking. And because there's a manager that wants to show the power because there's someone else who is listening and attuned to that and everyone is tapping their own shoulders to be able to Just show up.
Especially in large organization, we need to get from talking to walking. We need to get out the door with ideas daily that make the difference inside of the business. As more you are reactive to the outside, as worse it is for your business.
Get starting and move the needle by testing every day a new idea. Doesn't matter how big it is test and walk the talk.
