Our childhood  is changing our adulthood.  It's super fascinating. When I did my leadership  education way back, I learned that a lot of triggers of yourself when you're an adult are driven by how you grew up and how you got treated when you're a child. Look into the world how you are behaving and think back what is the trigger of this. We can learn from our behaviors as part of our personal development, as part of leadership development you can work with other people in the same way.

You can help other people to develop by helping them to understand where do the behaviors come from. And sometimes it's really going deep, even if it's hard to go deeper into our childhood.  It helps us to develop as individuals.
