Future readiness is a discussion you see in a lot of organizations, but what does it mean for you as the individual? Being a manager in an organization requires you to think bigger and think long term, but also look into what other different team members you have, and then Leading the team members individually, and that's something that was not the case a couple of years back.

We all need to hone into the individual and then look into what are the needs and desires of the individual person in your team and then enabling them to grow, enabling them to succeed in their role in what they're doing.

And through that, the team will be more successful through the team the organization will be more successful. A huge demand on us as managers.
