Are you speaking on stage at least monthly as a CEO? No, you have to change that. I believe there are two essential roles of a CEO. Number one is representation and presentation of the business in the external world. And number two is taking care of the people inside of the organization so that the organization is growing long term.

Let's talk about the representation. Every CEO should be on stage monthly to be exposed you to other CEOs, other companies, potential clients, and show the credibility of the business and the personal credibility. So every CEO should have a speaking funnel and a speaking page on their personal website so that the PR and the marketing team can book them for speaking gigs.
