Every morning we get up and there's no dopamine rush.   Rather than jumping out of bed and saying yeah, the day starts and off we go.  But  it doesn't happen. So why does it not happen for all of us and just for some of us? 

 In the end, it's all a mindset. Do you love what you're doing?

And if you're loving what you're doing, then you have the possibility to do things. The dopamine rush is a critical thing to your brain and to your nervous system to figure out how do you trigger this dopamine rush for yourself. Understanding what you love is one thing and doing what you love is the other thing.

As more you do what you love, as better it is for your dopamine rush and as earlier you get out of bed.
