Motivation comes from within. They motivate themselves. We can create an environment that drains their motivation or helps. It builds. Absolutely. So we have a huge role to play, but we can't do it to people. Rule number two. Helps us really, when we look at our team, recognize we're also looking in the mirror.

A lot of leaders will look at the team that they have, and they're frustrated, they're disappointed. It's not where they want it to be. But over time, I firmly believe that every leader gets the team they deserve because in time our team become a reflection of us.
