Work with good people. One of the most difficult decisions in my life was leaving a job and leaving a company even with that because I had a manager that I didn't like, let's say it in this way. And a lot of people are experiencing this and for me, it's so important that we all stay truly to who we are. And worst case, yes, leave a job, leave a manager, leave a company, even though that we believe it's an amazing company, because you should be working with good people only, and that's the standard I would like all of us to set.
We have to work with good people only. Full stop.
