Fundamentals in leadership are based on humans.  I think we all need to go back to the basics where we focus on the humans that are the essence of the world we live in and then empower these humans inside of organizations to innovate and look into how do they solve interesting problems as part of their role rather than delegating tasks to them that are boring and not really helping the organization to transform and not helping the organization to do things that really impact the wider world.

Let's get back to the fundamentals and take care of the humans in our organizations so that we all work in an environment where we love to be.
