Why I Connect with My Network Daily

Connecting regularly with people in our network may sound simple, but its impact on career growth and personal development is substantial. In this episode, we explore the power of consistent, genuine outreach and why it’s one of the most effective drivers of career success.

Many of us tend to connect with people only when there’s an immediate need. But when we stay engaged with others consistently—even with people we’re not closely connected to—a unique kind of trust and camaraderie builds over time. This habit goes beyond formal networking: it’s about keeping friendships and professional connections alive, learning from others, and offering support without expecting something in return.

A daily habit of reaching out, whether to family, friends, or past acquaintances, fosters growth and opens doors you may never have anticipated. When you make connecting a priority, it enriches both your personal and professional life. This episode shares insights on why nurturing these connections matters and how they can bring value over time. Listen in to discover how a daily networking practice can shape your career path.

One of my daily routines is connecting with my network, and that's going, starting with family, obviously with my best buddies and friends, but as well keeping loose connections like people that I have met in the past connected to me because I believe when we stay connected to people we like, we have the possibility to grow as individuals and learn from the other people because connecting and networking is the number one career driver.

I have seen it. over and over again that when you stay connected to people over years and don't stay connected to them just because you want something from them, but you stay connected to them because you like them, there is a connection, there is a possibility that things will pay back in the long run.

And I have seen it for myself. So will you?
