Like with my experience, if we take me as an example, a lot of algorithms will take me out if I apply for a normal job. Because I have such a diverse background that might not fit into the algorithm that was programmed for the job search. So how do you stand out? I believe you are special, Because you are you. You can build your personal leadership brand as you wish to.
