We need to believe to make the difference. And belief starts with our head, and our heart, and as well our stomach. If we are not aligned for ourselves on what do we believe we can do, it's very difficult to achieve something. We often talk to ourselves, daily literally, where if we are not convincing ourselves that we are good, that we are worth it, that we can do this, It's very hard for our unconscious mind to understand that we can.

And that's why it is so important that we are in sync with who we are and who we want to be. And then, for ourselves, find the right triggers to get us into the state that we are successful when it counts. And that is, almost every day, an issue for a lot of people. And that is very easy. And you can do that too by just reminding yourself every day that you can and you are worth it and that you believe in yourself.

And that's the starting point of everything.
