Being an attractive leader is a strategy. A strategy that helps you to understand for yourself, like who am I? And what are the attractive things about myself? It's game changing. I started with understanding my superpower, which in my way is connecting people. And utilizing the connecting people as my superpower, I built myself an attractive leadership career.
character that is not a character that I'm playing but it is myself. It's just being conscious about what is the attractiveness of my character that I can then use and emphasize even more with people, giving them energy, helping them to connect to each other, in my case. So, what is your attractive character and how do you use it for yourself to succeed?
