As a manager in an organization, I often didn't want to say the negative thing. And I was going around the negative things and not telling everyone. Today, I'm saying, I'm telling the truth. If I'm allowed to, obviously. Sometimes legally, you are not allowed to tell the truth to your team, but I believe telling the truth to my team makes the difference because they trust me.

They know that it's on the edge that I am allowed to tell them, but if they understand, and if they hear from me. I'm not allowed to tell this right now but I'm telling you a little bit more than everyone else because I believe it's important to you to learn what this thing is about. Because the team trusts you and the team trusts each other on a different level when you share the truth. The truth makes a difference for teams across the world.
