Have you ever been lost? Lost when you're on a trip,  you go somewhere into a new city and you try to figure out how to get to the other point. And some of you might not remember the time where you didn't have Google Maps in your pocket and can't figure out where you are.

It's super interesting when you go into a state where you're lost, because your brain goes into an overload situation,  how do I get the most important data to find out where to go next? And quite often we have this phase. As leaders, as individuals and organizations  we're lost.

We don't know what's happening. There are so many influences. The change is only getting faster and transformation are happening everywhere around us. What is grounding us is our belief in ourselves. And I think that's something we need to learn and go back to whenever we are lost is believing in ourselves that we will figure it out.
