These are the three most powerful habits that help you to succeed in life. Number one is go to bed early because it's not about getting up early. You need to go to bed early. So you are rested every morning. Number two is connect to at least five people every day. Connecting to people is a game changer.
So you build a network that gets you stronger. And then number three is go outside and play. Do an activity every day so that your body is moving and you get new ideas that you can conquer the next day. Get this organized and you will see how your life is changing.
