The way we communicate with ourselves is impacting who we are.   I see this with myself. Sometimes when I'm super tired because I'm always getting up early and working way too much, I feel that I'm dragging myself down because my internal dialogue is saying to me, hey, you're tired, you should be taking a rest, and the world is not as good as you think. You all know this situation where you talk to yourself and you talk yourself down.

The only way to get out of this is building an internal switch for yourself, which reminds you, hey,  I'm talking to myself right now, and I'm talking negative to myself. When you're talking to yourself. Look at it from a different perspective where you say, Hey, yes, I'm tired right now. And that is because I have done a lot and this doing a lot is extremely good because I have achieved a lot.
