But, the competitor, your colleague, your boss, whoever, it doesn't matter, it's you. You make the difference by stepping up and get your ass moving. We are often complaining about other people and making excuses. That, oh, I can't do this because of that person. I can't do this because of that circumstances.
And I believe that I already should have what the other person has. And then through that, we're getting into a complaining cycle rather than us stepping up and doing the work to show what is possible. And through that, getting the recognition you're after. In my experience, through complaining, there will never come recognition. Recognition comes from hard work, putting yourself out there, and stepping up.
