And the patterns we recognize in ourselves  is something we can learn from. But that only works if we ask for feedback. Obviously, you can learn from exploring self and looking into situation where you feel not well, where you feel something is off. But  having a feedback mechanism where you get the possibility and gather feedback from your team members is essential. So highly recommend you ask for feedback and look into the patterns that you want to change to be a better leader.
