Happiness is a choice. Every one of us can decide to be happy. And that sounds a little weird, I get it. But you can decide if you're happy or not. Because in the end you can analyze a situation and say, Okay, there's a situation that bothers me right now, am I able to change this?
Yes or no? If you can't change it, then you can change it and do something. If you can't, you can accept. This is the situation and I can't change it anyhow, so I will not bother with it. As soon as you decide to either take action or to accept it, you are getting to be more happy
