Have you ever heard a story from someone you admire, where they tell you the story of how they overcame a specific challenge? That's the origin story. It's a very easy storytelling tactic that helps you to be more credible in what you're doing. You tell the other person, how did you get to where you are today by overcoming challenges. And that's a true story. It's not a made-up story. So you have struggled with something in the past and you overcome the challenges and you ended up somewhere. If you tell your story, people can relate to you because they have struggles and they have stories as well.

It makes you human. Utilizing your origin story in different ways will attract people to you. With impersonal branding, that's the most simple thing you can do.
