The big picture. This is what a lot of managers are trained to show you as an individual. This is the big picture and that's what we want to achieve. And how much does it help on a daily basis? Not that much. I know it's a tool that helps you to understand the perspective in where you want to go as a manager with the team.
But in the end, it's really truly on how much does that matter to you as an individual. If you are not triggered by the big picture, it doesn't help you. So we as managers need to learn to lead people not just as a team, but lead people as individuals and understand what does it mean. The big picture for you as the individual.
