Before I start the day, I do my goal setting. Goal setting every day makes a huge difference in how you start your day  and as well on what you're going to achieve. I have like literally a notebook  which is like super basic.  In the beginning, I always have like the yearly goal and then I go into a monthly goal which you see here.

And then really going into daily practice, writing down every morning, it's almost a page here.  First is the, the, the three things I do to get into my, get to my goal. Then I'd write the goal, which is a little bit broader and a long term perspective, and then I go into the yearly goal every day. And it helps me to achieve it because it's always the three tasks I'm going to do to get to that goal on top.
