When I talk to people a lot of people are saying yeah That's not the best company to work in that's not the best manager to work with   in the end It comes down to you as an individual Helping your teammates to have a great experience as part of the work  and that sounds silly  But it is truly giving an edge for every organization.

If you build an environment where people want to work in, you are gaining the talent from other companies that are not taking care of the talents and the work environment. 

So approaching it in a different way where you look into how do you make a work environment fun for people to work in and approachable for people to connect and a really fun place to work. And if you put this on top of your agenda, your workplace and your work life will be a different life.  And it's maybe not even a different life, it's your life  and the life of your teammates.
