Enhancing Engagement: Physical meetings should be more engaging and productive than ever before. Leaders need to fine-tune how they conduct these meetings to make them worthwhile for employees.

There are a lot of reasons why people don't want to come back to the office. And what do companies do? They push harder. I think we need to figure out how do we cater in an environment inside of the organization so that people have a reason to come to the office. We as leaders have the responsibility to fine tune the engagement when we are meeting in a physical space completely differently than what we have done in the past. We need to understand what is the individual requirements of the team members and how does that fit into accomplishing the task they're supposed to accomplish. Rather than taking everyone in the same way, we need to figure out what are flexible strategies and different ways of working for the individual
and then the team that individual is in. To be able to be successful as a company and building a culture that enables the company to succeed.
