What is it you want your team to innovate around?

I think it's an interesting combination when we're looking at training, because in my experience, just training people. How to do things. I mean, of course there's value in that, but if you train people on something that's live to them, a real business challenge, a real commercial issue, something that they're trying to tackle as a team, then it gets very, very powerful and very useful.

Because not only do you learn skills, or you learn tools, or you done new ways of thinking, you take something out.

So that would be my first question to you. What is the result we wanna get from this engagement.

So that would be where I would start. And then I would say it'd be really useful if everybody could also take an assessment to understand their innovation strength.
